Do you have a fitness question? Don't ask me...ask her!

Alright all you workout freaks! Ya, I'm talking to you! A while back I wrote about a great TRX workout on this blog...

Well, now is your chance to ask this trainer any and all of your fitness questions.

Wondering what's different about asking her versus just going on the Internet or asking your own trainer? Well, for starters, she is a Master Trainer...meaning she trains the trainers. She is one of the first in the World to become a Nationally Board Certified Personal Trainer! While she has about 300 more certifications to her name, the one I am most impressed with is cancer Exercise Specialist. In fact, according to the Cancer Specialist site, she is the only CES in Missouri.

So go to her blog and ask her a question. Or you can email her at rockworkout[at]gmail{dot}com. I'm pretty sure with all of her knowledge, you can ask about anything you want: fitness injuries, prevention, running routines, diet improvements, exercising during cancer treatments, and more.

This is a very interactive blog so if you are wondering about something go ask it and she will answer it on "Wondering Wednesday." Trust me - I am going to be bugging the crap out of this poor woman.

P.S. I'm getting my hair cut today and I am going for my Mystic Tan, all before I head out to Mississippi for a wedding this weekend. I won't get into it right now, but please wish me luck this weekend. We will be hanging out with my husband's -I personally can't stand the man- best friend...but I am going to try to put my game face on for the sake of Mr. Marine...arrgggh!

Check Out This Blog - It Will Give You My Workout Secret, The One That Makes Me Fabulous!!!

Y'all have got to check out this blog about the TRX - or Total Resistance Exercise.

I am totally and completely addicted to TRX. These handy little parachute straps designed by a couple of Navy SEALs are my go-to piece of equipment when I need a kick-butt routine with almost immediate results.

I'll let you read more about it on this blog but let me leave you with this fact:

When I began working out I couldn't do more than 20 push-ups at a time...after using TRX 3 days a week I just did 200 push-ups throughout the course of my 40 minute training session! Yep...200!!!! I am woman - hear me ROAR!!!!!! raaaaarggghhhhh!
